Mig Wires (Royal CO2 Wires)

Mig Wire We offer superior quality Mig welding wires (Royal CO2 Wire), which are widely used for diverse purposes across the industries. These are solid steel mig welding wires with thin and double deoxidized uniform copper coating to offer continuous welding. These wires come with CO2 shield gas on unalloyed and structured steel. Offering a high tensile strength that can be used on steels with moderate presence of rust & mill scale. These wires are available in layer wounded or random wounded on plastic spools.




ROYAL 70 S - 6 (ER-70S-6)

Classification : AWS : A.5. 1 8 ER 70S-6 IS 6419

Description
Royal Arc CO, Wire is o copper coated solid mig wire for CO2 welding for general engineering and structural application. It gives spater free welding with CO2 gas and Ar + CO2 gas mixtures. The weld deposit are free from porosities with very smooth and uniform weld bead.

Typical Applications : Suitable for Welding of structural steel, with high tensile strength up 540N/mm2, butt and fillet welding of automobile bodies, bridges, ships, containers, railway, rolling stock, bogies, storage tanks and general structural fabrications.


ROYAL 70 S - 3 (ER-70S-3)

Classification : AWS : A.5.1 8 ER 705 - 3

Description
Royal - 7OS-3 Wire is a copper coated solid mig wire for CO2 welding for general engineering and structural application. It gives spatter free welding with Co2 gas and Ar + Co2 gas mixtures. The weld deposit are free from porosities with very smooth and uniform weld bead.

Typical Applications : Suitable for Welding of structural steel, with high tensile strength up 540N/mm2, Butt and fillet welding of automobile bodies, bridges, ships, containers, railway, rolling, stock, bogies, storage tanks and general structural fabrications.


ROYAL 70 S - 2 (ER-70S-2)

Classification : AWSA/SFA5.18 Class ER 70S2

Description
Triple deoxidized mild steel wire smooth flow, stable are and spatter under optimum welding conditions.

Typical Applications : Structural pressure vessels and boiler involving unalloyed and micro alloyed structural steels with specified tensile strength upto 520 N/Mz to meel sub zero impact requirements at minus 51°C

Elongation: 30-40% Typical application in welding of AISI-ASTM 308, 304, 304L, 316, 316Ltype stainless steel plates, sheets, pipes, fabricating equipments for dairy, chemical and fertilizer industries, oil reiberies, specially used for root run. Sheild Gas: argaon +2% Oxigen.



Royal - 308 L (ER-308L)

Classification : IRS M-28-02 Class VI M1 & M2 Grade ER 308L AWS A5.9 ER 308L

Description
This wire rods with low carbon content confirms to AWS - SFA 5.9 ER 308L class. The weld metal is very good resistant to intergranular corrosion with free from porosity & moltan pool, and controlled ferrite.

Typical Applications : It is used for welding AISI, ASTM 308, 304, 304L type stainless steel plate, sheets, pipes, tubes etc. Fabricating equipments for dairy, chemical & fertilizer industries, oil refineries. Specially use for root run.


Royal - 309 L (ER-309L)

Description
This wire rods with low carbon content confirms to AWS - SFA 5.9 ER 309L class. The weld metal is free from porosity with good finish.

Typical Applications : Suitable for Welding of dissimilar steel combination such as AISI304 to carbon manganese steel and carbon steel used in fabrication barrier layer prior to surfacing & clad restoration specially used for root run.


Royal - 316 L (ER-316L)

Description
This is medium coated rutile type hard facing electrodes depositing on air hardening, weld metal is of approximately 600 BHN hardness. The weld metal resistant to severe abrasion and moderate impact, suitable for hardfacing applications like dredger bucket lips, plough, shares, excavator, conveyor buckets.

Typical Applications : Concrete mixer blades, excavator teeth plough shares, bucket lips, scraper blades, cement die, rings.

Metal Cored WiresThe metal cored wire offered is carbon and low alloy steel electrodes providing increased productivity, more flexibility in applications, fume generation gets reduced and the other main disadvantages is that specific welding problems can be easily solved. This is one of our rapid growing product line and also one of the biggest gains in the welding industry and this cost reduction could be via increased productivity, reduced training time, less rework, less spatter cleanup, no slag cleanup and increased electrode productivity. Royal Fil- GS-80M

Classification : AWS/SFA A5.28 E80C-G
Description
Royal Fil- GS-80M is metal cored low alloy steel electrode. This one is manufactured to weld with lower spatter and faster travel speeds. The wire offers higher deposition rates and enhanced penetration with greater deposit weld consistency than solid wire. Royal Fil GS 80M produces less fumes than flux cored electrodes. Due to easily achieved faster travel speeds than with solid electrodes. It has improved productivity and quite low spatter emission.
