These are non reinforced cut-off wheels, cut-off grinding wheels are design for use on fixed base type of machines where work is secure clamped, guarded, and where the wheel operates on controlled cutting plain with no twisting or lateral stresses.

Applications : Plain Cut-off wheels are designed for easy performance, safety, low cost and readily availability for use with a wide range of metal cutting and parting where side pressure applied on the wheel is low. Generally used for notching on hardened nozzles, collets and cutting small diameter stainless steel rods.
